1. Back in 1996, providing professional trainings to mostar employees.we
also invite expert from America to transfer the latest courses to MOSTAR
, up till now, there are more than 40 courses in Engineering, Manufactur-
ing, Quality, and Management skills being transferred and taught in MOSTAR China.
2. e-learning opportunities, MOSTAR is walking ahead in this area, there
are more than 180 courses on the MOSTAR intranet, some management course
are co-developed with leading universities to provide our employee easy
access.
3. In MOSTAR, we also have a training library which contains more than 500 learning materials of different topics, such as Finance, Human Recourse, Leadership, Communication, Engineering, Quality, Lean Manufacturing, Health
& Safety, Sales & Marketing. They are serving as good reference materials
for employees to improve their daily work.

MOSTAR also provide an individual development roadmap to each employee,
under coaching and mentoring from his/her direct supervisor, employee
